REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

The plan. Feed the Machine is $149 per month, billed monthly. Your first 30 days are free; the first charge lands when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.

Cancel anytime. Open the billing portal from your studio page, or email support@feedthecontentmachine.com and we will cancel for you. There is no phone call, no retention gauntlet, and no cancellation fee.

What happens when you cancel. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. Posts you have already scheduled for dates after that will not go out. Download anything you want to keep before your access ends.

Refunds. We do not refund a billing period that has already started, and we do not prorate unused time within a period. This is stated at checkout before you pay. Where the law of your state or country requires a refund, that law applies and we will honor it.

Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match what you signed up for, email support@feedthecontentmachine.com and we will refund the error. That is a mistake on our end, not a refund request.
